Raising Funds to Provide SurvivalPaks for Metro Detroit’s Homeless Population

About COE
Founded in 2013 by Jeff & Mary Hocking, the Charity of Empowerment (COE) is a volunteer-run, ZERO-OVERHEAD registered 501c3 charity dedicated to helping the homeless population of metro Detroit and surrounding areas. We provide 200 SurvivalPaks every month, filled with necessities like warm socks, blankets, toiletries, non-perishable food, and more. All donations go directly toward these efforts, as COE is fully privately funded, with no overhead or salaries.
